Will stall if trying to download too much

As stated in other reviews, downloading will stall! I got this app to grab ALL of my information as I will NOT be renewing my subscription to Zenfolio. The fact that this app does not do what it says is the perfect example of WHY I AM LEAVING. I am having to babysit section by section , and each client individually. BYE BYE ZENFOLIO!!!!
- TRICK- if downloading won’t Start after producing image list, go back and download to a NEW destination folder!!- you’re welcome!
