Doesn’t work.
zf:E_NOSUCHOBJECT:50018: There is no such folder.
I used this app to download one of my large galleries onto another of my computers and it worked very well. It downloaded about 2.05GB in about 27 minutes with no troubles.
zf:E_NOSUCHOBJECT:50018: There is no such folder. Everytime I try to use it, thats the error we get. Tried on 3 different Macs and 2 different networks!
Experiencing an Error
I am receiving an error in a notification with header "Unable to Download Gallery List”.
Doesnt work for me eiter
Error :5008 There is no such folder
Trying to download all galleries and avoid using the browser because it only allows for 4gb ZIP files. This app does not work. Zenfolio, I love your upload speed, but stop making it hard to download galleries. Update to a larger file format so that us photographers can download galleries larger than 4gb. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years but this is very frustrating.
Unfortunately this app is out of date and no longer works with Zenfolio’s api. As others have said it fails in downloading gallery info. Zenfolio, please fix!
Crashed constantly on Yosemite before actually downloading anything. Seemed promising on a clean install of El Capitan but than hung after downloading 10gb of an 11gb gallery. Now hangs before downloading anything at all - even a small gallery of less than 400mb. Frustrating and disappointing. Two stars because I don’t actually hate it - just don’t like it because it is completely useless at this point.
As stated in other reviews, downloading will stall! I got this app to grab ALL of my information as I will NOT be renewing my subscription to Zenfolio. The fact that this app does not do what it says is the perfect example of WHY I AM LEAVING. I am having to babysit section by section , and each client individually. BYE BYE ZENFOLIO!!!! - TRICK- if downloading won’t Start after producing image list, go back and download to a NEW destination folder!!- you’re welcome!
